Microsoft BI Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft BI Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL processes, SSIS Package development, SSAS, DAX Query, Power BI, ADF, data warehousing, and data lakes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Must Require Skills: 1. Proven experience with ETL processes and SSIS Package development. 2. Strong knowledge of SSAS and DAX Query. 3. Proficiency in Power BI, including creating and optimizing DAX queries. 4. Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF). 5. Knowledge of data warehousing and data lake concepts. 6. Strong T-SQL skills. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS Packages. • Develop and manage SSAS cubes to support business intelligence solutions. • Write and optimize DAX queries for data analysis and reporting. • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all BI solutions. • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI solutions and data processes. • Utilize Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration and orchestration. • Implement and manage data warehousing and data lake solutions. • Write and optimize T-SQL queries for data manipulation and reporting. Good To Have: • Worked with Microsoft Fabric platform and data lake. • Worked with Microsoft Copilot studio for training ML Studio. • Microsoft certification.
