About the Enterprise (Under the aegis of CSRBOX Group) We are a mission-driven social enterprise focused on empowering Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) by enhancing their market access, value chain efficiency, and branding. Our goal is to enable rural micro-enterprises to scale their businesses sustainably through standardized products, optimized pricing, and digital market expansion. To achieve this, we are seeking a Micro-Enterprise and Growth Lead based in Ahmedabad, who will be responsible for business development, pricing strategies, product value chain optimization, and e-commerce growth, ensuring sustainable revenue generation and market expansion for SHG FPO enterprises. About the Position The Micro-Enterprise and Growth Lead will play a crucial role in connecting SHG FPO-led businesses with mainstream and digital markets . The ideal candidate will have expertise in supply chain management , value addition, pricing strategies, retail partnerships, and online commerce , with a passion for driving inclusive economic growth and social impact . This position is based in Ahmedabad but requires engagement with SHGs, FPOs, and market players across multiple regions. Responsibilities Market Expansion Business Growth Develop and execute market access strategies to connect SHG FPO products with B2B, B2C, and institutional buyers. Build partnerships with retailers, wholesalers, corporate buyers, government procurement programs, and export markets. Strengthen branding, packaging, and product positioning to enhance competitiveness in urban and digital marketplaces. Value Chain Development Pricing Strategy Work with SHGs and FPOs to improve product standardization, value addition, and pricing models for better profitability. Optimize procurement, warehousing, and distribution models to enhance cost efficiency and supply chain effectiveness. Develop scalable product categories that align with market demand, consumer preferences, and seasonal trends. Digital E-Commerce Growth Expand e-commerce sales channels by leveraging online platforms, D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) models, and social commerce. Collaborate with digital marketing teams to enhance product visibility, optimize listings, and drive online sales conversions. Utilize data analytics for demand forecasting, pricing optimization, and inventory management. Compliance Regulatory Management Ensure all SHG FPO businesses meet legal and compliance requirements, including food safety, fair trade, and licensing standards. Assist in obtaining certifications such as FSSAI, Organic, GI tags, and other quality accreditations to enhance credibility. Streamline regulatory documentation and processes for transparent and scalable business operations. Capacity Building Ecosystem Strengthening Conduct training programs for SHGs, FPOs, and micro-enterprises on business management, quality assurance, and branding. Support internal teams in strengthening sales, distribution, and partnership development capabilities. Collaborate with government bodies, CSR initiatives, and development organizations to scale impact and funding opportunities. Qualification and Mandatory Qualification and Experience: 4-5 years of experience in rural enterprise development, market linkages, e-commerce, or social entrepreneurship. Strong expertise in micro-enterprises, procurement models, product value chains, and pricing strategies. Experience in brand-building, retail partnerships, and digital commerce is preferred. Understanding of government schemes, compliance processes, and funding models for SHG FPO businesses. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop, implement, and scale market-driven solutions. Strong stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate with SHGs, FPOs, corporate buyers, and institutional partners. Desirable
