Job Description

Job Role / Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and generate new

    corporate clients

    for MICE services (domestic and international).
  • Develop and pitch customized

    proposals and travel/event packages

    for meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly

    sales and revenue targets

    .
  • Maintain relationships with

    existing clients

    and encourage repeat business.

2. Client Servicing & Relationship Management

  • Understand client requirements and objectives for events or incentive trips.
  • Prepare and present

    presentations, itineraries, and quotations

    tailored to client needs.
  • Act as a single point of contact for clients from proposal to execution and feedback.

3. Event & Travel Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal departments (ticketing, visa, operations, accounts) and external vendors (hotels, DMCs, airlines, transport providers).
  • Oversee

    end-to-end execution

    of group travel logistics flights, accommodation, transfers, meals, sightseeing, and venue arrangements.
  • Ensure smooth on-ground management during events or trips.

4. Market Research & Vendor Management

  • Research new destinations, venues, and suppliers for innovative MICE experiences.
  • Negotiate

    rates and contracts

    with vendors and service providers.
  • Keep track of

    industry trends and competitor activities

    .

5. Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain sales pipelines, client databases, and follow-up schedules.
  • Prepare

    MIS reports

    , performance summaries, and feedback analysis for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and client contracts.
