Job Description

Sales & Business Development: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and agencies for MICE business. Assist in achieving revenue targets by selling event spaces, conference packages, and related services. Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure bookings. Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to promote the venue and services. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales strategies. Event Coordination & Client Servicing: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (operations, catering, reservations) to ensure smooth event execution. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the event planning process. Ensure that all event requirements are communicated effectively to the operations team. Attend major industry trade shows, networking events, and sales missions to promote the company. Reporting & Administration: Maintain an updated database of leads, bookings, and client interactions in the CRM system. Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis. Assist in forecasting and budgeting for MICE sales. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field experience in MICE sales, hotel sales, or event management. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools. Knowledge of the hospitality and events industry trends. Flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends when required.
