Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MICE Operations Professional (Domestic & Outbound) to manage corporate groups, conferences, incentives, and events. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management and contracting skills, hands-on experience in costing & quotations, and the ability to design customized itineraries.

Proficiency in speaking & understanding Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end MICE Operations (Domestic & Outbound).

Hotel contracting and negotiations with vendors.

Prepare costings, quotations, and proposals for corporate clients.

Design and manage domestic & international itineraries (Europe, Middle East, Australia, etc.).

Coordinate with corporate clients for requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Manage tour operations, escort groups, and ensure on-ground execution.

Build and maintain strong vendor and client relationships.

Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and on-ground teams.

Requirements

3–10 years of experience in MICE Operations (Domestic & Outbound).

Strong knowledge of hotel contracting, vendor management, costing, and itinerary planning.

Hands-on experience in corporate group handling & tour escorting.

Mandatory: Ability to speak and understand Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Willingness to travel (domestic & international) as required.
