MICE Operation Manager

As the Tour Department Operations Head based in Kolkata within the Travel and Tourism industry, your main responsibilities will include: - Designing and managing bespoke international luxury tour packages. - Overseeing bookings for tours, hotels, transport, and related services. - Leading and mentoring a team of FIT specialists to deliver exceptional client experiences. - Coordinating with Ticketing, VISA, Business Development, and Marketing teams. - Building and maintaining relationships with HNI and Ultra HNI clients. - Developing and managing vendor partnerships to ensure premium service standards. - Collaborating with product and marketing teams to create innovative travel offerings. - Staying updated on market trends to enhance the luxury tour portfolio. Qualifications required for this role include: - Any Graduate for UG. - Any Postgraduate for PG. - 10+ years of experience in the travel industry.
