Reviewing and verifying invoices and purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Coding and entering invoices into the accounting system and ensuring timely payment to vendors. Reconciling vendor statements, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining positive relationships with vendors. Preparing and processing employee expense reports and ensuring compliance with company travel and expense policies. Managing and reconciling corporate credit card statements and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborating with other departments to resolve accounts payable-related issues and discrepancies. Ensuring accurate and timely month-end closing of accounts payable, including accruals and account reconciliations. Providing financial information and support to management as needed. Developing and implementing process improvements to streamline accounts payable processes and increase efficiency. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities Collect and categorize the service documentation of Manufactures/sellers of equipment similar to MT, by manufacturer and product family. Create illustration in .ai format and .eps format by using Adobe illustrator. Creating documents by using authoring tools like Schema ST4, InDesign Work alongside technical team to understand products features, document requirements and use knowledge to produce high quality user documentation. Performing changes as per client requirements. Read the service documentation and understand the service instructions needed to calibrate and adjust the third party products Translate the service instructions to specified Template using library of symbols, icons, and pictograms.
