Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and generate referrals. Anticipate and respond to their needs to ensure client satisfaction. Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements and pain points to provide tailored staffing solutions that address their specific needs, delivering value-added services and fostering long-term partnerships. Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations, showcasing the unique value proposition of METAMORFS and our comprehensive suite of staffing services. Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both METAMORFS and the client. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to ensure a seamless transition from client acquisition to candidate placement. Sales Metrics: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, closely monitoring and reporting progress against key performance indicators. Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development of sales strategies, market penetration plans, and new business development initiatives to position METAMORFS for continued success. Knowledge and Experience Education : Bachelors of Science, B. Tech, B.E., B.C.A., Experience : 6 to 8 years Competencies Language : English

Job Title Technical Recruiter Location : Bangalore Recruiter Requirements: 3- 5 y ears experience in end to end recruitment, preferably for IT/Technical roles. Bachelors of Science, B. Tech, B.E., B.C.A., or Human Resources degree. Good understanding of technology and technical skills. Experience recruiting for candidates specializing in the niche areas like ERP software's like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, SaaS. Good interpersonal and decision-making skills. Must have strong written and oral communication skills. Should be proficient in word, excel, and outlook and use of ATS. Responsibilities Communicating with hiring managers to identify job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs. Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms. Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements. Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews. Performing background and reference checks. Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager. Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
