About the Role:

Advanced Meta & Google Ads Manager

growth-driving, data-led, creative strategy

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop full-funnel ad strategies for multiple eCommerce brands across Meta & Google ecosystems.
  • Create campaign structures aligned with business goals (TOF/MOF/BOF).
  • Conduct market research and competitor ad analysis to identify new opportunities.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on

    Meta Ads Manager

    (Facebook/Instagram) and

    Google Ads

    (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube).
  • Continuously test ad creatives, copy variations, and audiences to improve performance.
  • Maintain consistent ROAS and profitability while scaling ad spends.

Optimization & Analytics

  • Analyze performance metrics daily and make data-backed optimization decisions.
  • Set up advanced tracking via

    Google Tag Manager

    ,

    GA4

    , and

    Meta Pixel

    .
  • Build custom reports and dashboards for weekly/monthly performance reviews.
  • Track attribution and funnel behavior to refine customer acquisition strategies.

Creative & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the creative team to provide insights on high-performing hooks, formats, and angles.
  • Brief and review ad visuals, scripts, and copies that align with ad data learnings.
  • Collaborate with product, landing page, and email teams to improve conversion rates and LTV.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years

    of proven experience managing

    Meta and Google Ads

    at scale (₹5L–₹50L+/month ad spend).
  • Deep understanding of

    media buying psychology

    ,

    creative testing

    , and

    audience segmentation

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    GA4, Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and conversion APIs

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    Shopify, Klaviyo, or other DTC ecosystems

    .
  • Data-driven mindset with advanced Excel/Sheets and analytics capability.
  • Strong grasp of

    performance metrics

    (CPA, ROAS, LTV, MER, CTR, CVR, AOV).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

  • Knowledge of

    landing page optimization (CRO)

  • Familiarity with tools like

    Triple Whale, Hyros, or Northbeam

  • Basic creative direction or copywriting background.
