What role you will play in our team Provide support for high-quality, accurate, and timely data delivery services. The ideal candidate will utilize internal and external datasets to provision dashboards and standard reports. This role involves implementing transformation through continuous improvement to streamline, automate, and centralize the report delivery process The role will be based in Bengaluru, Whitefield and is a full-time office-based position . What you will do Implementing Automated Reporting: Designing, testing, and deploy automation scripts and integrate with Self-service tools like Power Bi/Tableau. Evaluating Business Processes: Identifying opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Designing Automation Solutions: Developing detailed process documentation and diagrams to support understanding and implementation. Collaborating with Departments: Working with various teams to understand their needs and provide tailored automation solutions. Training and Support: Providing training and ongoing support to staff on the use of automation tools and systems. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of the latest trends and technologies in automation. Reviewing and Updating Processes: Regularly reviewing and updating automation processes to ensure they remain efficient and effective. Addressing Technical Issues: Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues related to automation systems. Reporting Delivery Continuous Improvement: Implement transformation to streamline, automate, and centralize the report delivery process utilizing managed service provider resources Troubleshooting and break fix: Troubleshoot issues with Tableau, Power BI Alteryx workflows, and Excel reporting to provide break fix solutions and ensure smooth operations. About You Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 2 years working experience Bachelors Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Alteryx, Power BI/Tableau Preferred skills Qualification: Knowledge: Snowflake, SAP, and SAP HANA Your benefits An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
