As a Training & Facilitation intern/trainer in the Education Industry, you will be responsible for delivering impactful programs in schools and community settings. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting training sessions and facilitating learning experiences for students - Collaborating with a team to ensure effective program delivery - Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills - Embracing a can-do attitude and enthusiasm for youth empowerment and education initiatives - Utilizing your laptop and basic knowledge of MS Word & MS PowerPoint for training purposes - Participating in the Train-the-Trainer program and utilizing ready-to-use content - Upholding a collaborative attitude and working towards skill upliftment - Having the opportunity to face audiences and enhance your facilitation skills Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduates/Students from Mass Communication, Law, Psychology, or Education (B.Ed) backgrounds - Ph.D. Scholars or Budding Soft Skills Trainers passionate about learning and facilitation - Must be willing to travel to training locations in Faridabad & Palwal, Haryana, from Delhi/NCR - Preference for candidates with their own vehicle - Enthusiasm for learning and development in the field of Soft Skills Training - Successful completion of the internship will lead to an Internship Certificate from Metaacogz World - Stipend and Travel Allowance (TA) will be provided to support your learning journey Join us at MetaacogzWorld for this exciting opportunity to enhance your skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the field of Education and Psychology.,
