Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, and phone calls.
  • Provide accurate information about courier services, rates, tracking details, pickup/delivery times, and documentation.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system or CRM.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments when necessary.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all customer communications.
  • Monitor and manage real-time communication channels during working hours.
  • Assist in booking pickups and guiding customers through service procedures.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
