Position Overview: We're looking for a results-driven Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads Specialist with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in running successful paid ad campaigns. This is a full-time in-house position based in Indore. You'll be managing performance marketing campaigns, optimizing ROI, and scaling brands through paid media. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, create, and manage Meta & Google ad campaigns for multiple brands. * Optimize ad sets for conversions, leads, ROAS, and other KPIs. * Analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly. * Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and targeting. * Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives. * Track, report, and present performance to internal teams and clients. * Stay updated with platform changes, policies, and best practices. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Meta and Google Ads. * Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, tracking, and audience segmentation. * Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking. * Good communication skills and a performance-first mindset. * Ability to work from our Indore office (no remote).
