Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, organize, and manage the day-to-day operations of the canteen/mess.
· Prepare weekly/monthly menus in consultation with management and nutrition requirements.
· Monitor food preparation to maintain quality, hygiene, and taste standards.
· Supervise mess staff, allocate duties, and ensure discipline.
· Manage inventory, purchase raw materials, and maintain stock records.
· Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
· Handle budgeting, billing, and expense control to maintain cost efficiency.
· Address complaints or feedback from students and staff regarding food services.
· Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and dining facilities.
· Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports on mess operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
