Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Conduct code reviews, ensure coding standards, and promote best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers. Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using React.js on the frontend and Node.js on the backend. Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness. Project Management: Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, and project scheduling. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Identify and mitigate technical risks. Architecture and Design: Define technical architecture, frameworks, and tools for the development process. Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions. Technical Expertise: 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in React.js, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle. Hands-on experience with Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., Express.js). Proficient in database technologies like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of modern web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Team Leadership: Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of developers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills. Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions. Agile Development: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
