About the Role

Techsmew Innovations is looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The developer will work on client-site projects, delivering scalable and efficient web applications using the MERN stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js (MERN stack).
• Build reusable front-end components and ensure responsive, high-performance UI.
• Create and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Design database schemas and optimize MongoDB queries.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance.
• Collaborate with client teams, designers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain code quality with Git version control and follow Agile practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on MERN stack development experience.
• Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks.
• Experience in RESTful API integration and working with JSON.
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL.
• Exposure to cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / GCP) or Heroku.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
