We are now expanding our training portfolio and are looking for a MERN Stack (MONSTAC) Development Trainer to join our dedicated team of professionals. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Comprehensive Training on MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to engineering and diploma students. Explain Complex Concepts in a simplified and practical manner to help students grasp and apply them effectively. Guide Students in Projects – help them plan, design, code, debug, and deploy real-world projects. Develop and Maintain Training Material , including assignments, projects, and tests. Manage Live Development Projects for the company and involve students in practical tasks. Ensure students are industry-ready with real-time use cases, Git version control, and deployment practices. Provide doubt-solving sessions , feedback, and progress reports to help students grow technically and professionally. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js . Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and REST APIs. Familiarity with project hosting (e.g., GitHub, Netlify, Vercel, or Heroku). Good understanding of frontend/backend integration , routing, and full-stack project structure. Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching/mentoring. Ability to handle development projects independently . Any prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus. Why Join Us?
