MERN Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level MERN Stack Developer with solid experience in React.js and Node.js to join our dynamic development team. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining modern web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and clean architecture. You’ll collaborate closely with senior engineers, designers, and product managers to build intuitive and robust web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN).
• Build reusable front-end components and ensure UI/UX consistency with design guidelines.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Work collaboratively with designers, product managers, and other developers in an Agile environment.
• Stay updated with the latest JavaScript trends and contribute to improving development workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a MERN stack developer.
• Strong proficiency in React.js (hooks, state management, component architecture).
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend API development.
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Proficient with Git, GitHub, or GitLab for version control.
• Familiarity with JWT/OAuth authentication and session management.
• Understanding of unit testing (Jest/Mocha/Chai) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and deployment practices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Redux Toolkit, Next.js, or GraphQL is an added advantage.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
