Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js and MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL.
Implement responsive UI components with React.js, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Design, implement and manage NoSQL (MongoDB) or SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
Integrate with 3rd party APIs and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features.
Help other team member in resolving technical issues and participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
Help with debugging any infrastructure and code related issues in the production environment.
Effectively communicate with team members and product management.
1-3 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
Proficiency in Typescript & JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, DOM manipulation and modern frontend frameworks.
Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
Expertise of OOPs Concepts using SOLID and common Design Patterns.
Must have strong knowledge of Event-driven architecture, Async programming and non-blocking I/O.
Knowledge of Child processes and Worker threads is added advantage.
Familiarity with Docker and containerization concepts.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Exposure to Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with Unit testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
Experience in designing and managing SQL or NoSQL databases, ORM, data modelling and query optimization.
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Team Handling, Problem-solving, Work Ethics, and Creativity.
Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Candidates with B.Tech., MCA or any other technical background.
