Job Role: MERN Stack Developer
Experience Required: 3+ Years

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Build responsive, user-friendly UIs and scalable backend APIs.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers in an agile environment.
• Debug, test, and deploy applications efficiently.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS.
• Hands-on experience with MERN stack development.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and Git.
• Understanding of database design, queries, and optimization (MongoDB).
• Problem-solving mindset with good communication skills.
• Experience with Redux, TypeScript, Next.js, GraphQL, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
