Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to join our development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
Build RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js
Design and manage NoSQL schemas in MongoDB
Develop responsive front-end interfaces using React.js (with Redux or Context API)
Optimize components for maximum performance across a range of devices and browsers
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and backend teams
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers if needed
Integrate third-party APIs and services when required
Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise in development and production environments

Must-Have Skills:

Strong proficiency in
JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with
MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Understanding of component-based architecture and state management using Redux/Context API
Experience with RESTful API design and integration
Familiarity with MongoDB design patterns, aggregation, indexing, etc.
Experience with Git and version control best practices
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build pipelines (Webpack, Babel)
Experience with Postman, Swagger, or similar tools for API testing
Familiarity with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack
