### **About the Role**-
We are looking for a proactive and skilled MERN Stack Developer who can take ownership of both front‑end and back‑end development. You’ll work on building scalable, maintainable web applications, collaborating with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high‑quality features.

### **Key Responsibilities**
* Develop front‑end components using **React.js**, ensuring responsive, performant and user‑friendly web interfaces.
* Build and maintain backend services and APIs using **Node.js** and **Express.js**.
* Design and manage database schemas and operations using **MongoDB**, including handling indexing, aggregation, queries.
* Integrate third‑party APIs and services; implement authentication/authorization (e.g. JWT, OAuth).
* Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and robustness.
* Write clean, testable, maintainable code; participate in code reviews and use best practices.
* Optimize UI & backend for speed, efficiency and responsiveness.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
