About The Role

We are looking for an experienced

MERN Stack Developer

to join our team and contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full stack—

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

—with a strong understanding of modern development practices, performance optimization, and secure coding standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive, functional applications.
Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs/services.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, QA, product) to deliver features on time.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack / MERN Stack Developer.
Strong proficiency in:

Frontend: React.js, Redux (or similar state management), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
Backend: Node.js, Express.js.
Database: MongoDB (including aggregation, indexing, schema design).

Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
Familiarity with version control tools (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP – nice to have).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with TypeScript.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of GraphQL.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to DevOps practices.
