MERN Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack React Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in frontend development using React.js and backend development using Node.js/Express.js, with the ability to build scalable, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Build responsive, user-friendly UI components and pages.
• Design and develop REST APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Work with databases such as MongoDB or MySQL.
• Collaborate with the design, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following industry best practices.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards.
• Ensure proper documentation of features, APIs, and workflows.

Required Skills & ExperienceFrontend

• Strong experience with React.js, Hooks, Functional Components.
• State management using Redux or Context API.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with React Router, Axios/Fetch, Form libraries.

Backend

• Experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Building and maintaining REST APIs.
• Authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth).
• Backend validation workflows.

Database

• Good knowledge of MongoDB or MySQL.
• Understanding of schemas, indexing, and query optimization.

Other Skills

• Knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control workflows.
• Understanding of deployment tools: AWS, Vercel, Render, Docker (good to have).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Freshers with strong project portfolio or MERN stack certification are also welcome.

Competitive salary based on experience + performance incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
