Carnot Research is looking for a talented MERN Stack Developer to join our fast-growing product and AI engineering team. If you love building scalable applications, working with modern JavaScript frameworks, and contributing to cutting-edge AI platforms, we’d love to talk to you.
Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
Design and implement RESTful APIs to connect front-end interfaces with back-end services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, knowledge sharing and follow best engineering practices
Debug and troubleshoot applications to optimize performance
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security
Strong hands-on experience with MERN stack
Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD is a plus
Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
Problem-solving mindset with ownership and accountability
