Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Build secure, scalable REST APIs and ensure high performance.
Collaborate with design, product, and QA teams for quality delivery.
Debug, test, and optimize application performance.
Participate in code reviews and follow best practices.
Ensure responsive UI and cross-browser compatibility.
Deploy and manage apps on cloud platforms (AWS/Heroku preferred).
Required Skills & Experience:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development.
Strong in React.js (Hooks, State Management), Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with Git/GitHub and authentication (JWT/OAuth).
Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS/DigitalOcean) is a plus.
Good to Have:
Experience with Redux or Context API.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Basic knowledge of Docker.
