Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Human Resources Executive will oversee and manage HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, foster positive employee relations, and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and addressing employee inquiries, while contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
• Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
• Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
• Conduct performance appraisals and assist with learning & development initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and assist management with workforce planning.
• Coordinate exit formalities, full & final settlements, and maintain proper documentation.
