Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces. Build RESTful APIs and optimize server-side logic for performance and scalability. Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development. Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Proficient in JavaScript and experienced with the MERN stack. Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Experience with database management using MongoDB. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Oversee and manage technical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive application development projects. Utilize AWS services to enhance infrastructure and application performance. Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency. Foster a culture of design thinking and continuous improvement within the team. Proven experience in program management within cloud environments, preferably AWS. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively. Familiarity with application development and maintenance processes. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for learning and adopting new technologies. Experience with a solid AWS background is essential.
