MERN Full Stack Developer

As a MERN Full Stack Developer at Workfall, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern full stack applications that meet functional, technical, and quality requirements. You will lead solution design sessions with peers to ensure architecture is scalable, secure, and fit for purpose. Your role will involve writing clean, testable, and well-documented code across both front-end and back-end components. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain modern full stack applications - Lead solution design sessions to ensure architecture scalability and security - Write clean, testable, and well-documented code - Provide guidance and support to junior and mid-level developers through mentoring and code reviews - Uphold engineering best practices and contribute to coding standards - Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams including Scrum Masters, Product Managers, UX Designers, and QA Engineers - Design and implement unit, integration, and system tests - Support environment readiness, deployment workflows, and build health - Contribute to company's software engineering standards and development playbooks - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging frameworks Qualifications and Experience: Technical Skills: - Proficiency in front-end and back-end development frameworks, tools, and technologies - Understanding of version control, API design, system integration, and CI/CD practices - Familiarity with security best practices, performance optimization, and application monitoring Experience: - 4-7 years of professional software development experience - Experience in Agile teams and mentoring others - Track record of contributing to high-quality releases and scalable solutions Soft Skills: - Effective communicator with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills - Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership - Committed to quality, team growth, and continuous learning,
