Ltd. Job Description: Oriental Outsourcing Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, Mongoose, and React.js . The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js . Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. Develop robust back-end components to enhance performance and scalability. Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic. Design and implement data storage solutions using MongoDB and Mongoose . Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js . Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring optimal performance. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve development processes. Requirements: Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js . In-depth knowledge of MongoDB and Mongoose . Experience in developing user interfaces with React.js . Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with front-end frameworks such as Redux or Next.js. Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices.
