About the Role

We are looking for a passionate MERN Full Stack Developer who has hands-on experience

with building web applications, working with microservices architecture, and contributing to

AI/ML-powered features. This role is ideal for a developer who wants to grow fast,

experiment with modern technologies, and contribute to end-to-end product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

• Build and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and backend modules.

• Integrate AI/ML models or APIs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, TensorFlow, etc.) into

existing applications.

• Work with authentication, authorization (JWT/OAuth), and role-based access

systems.

• Develop responsive, reusable front-end components with React.

• Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on basic cloud platforms

(AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Collaborate with product and design teams to ship high-quality features.

• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

• Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps practices.

• Troubleshoot issues and deliver quick, maintainable solutions.

Required Skills

• 1+ year of hands-on development experience with the MERN stack.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js fundamentals, and API

development.

• Experience working with microservices architecture (Docker, containerization is a

plus).

• Basic exposure to AI/ML models, API integrations, or AI-driven features.

• Proficiency in MongoDB schema design and aggregation pipelines.

• Good understanding of React hooks, component lifecycle, and state management.

• Familiarity with Git, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Basic knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure).Role & responsibilities
