Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a MERN Developer, located in Noida. The MERN Developer will be responsible for designing and developing web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Daily tasks will include writing clean, scalable code, debugging and optimizing applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-performance and responsiveness of applications.

Frontend: Next.js, React.js, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Framer Motion

Backend: Node.js, Express.js

Databases: MySQL, MongoDB

Bonus Skills: React Native, Docker, AWS

Salary & Role Details:

• Probation Period:

   5 months
• During probation, the monthly salary will be 

  ₹12,000 to ₹15,000

  , based on your current knowledge and skillset.
• After successful completion of the probation period, your performance will be evaluated. Based on that, your salary may be increased by 

  10% to 15%
