Role & responsibilities Conduct financial analysis and modeling to evaluate potential M&A opportunities. Understanding of valuation methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze relevant data. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Support negotiations and deal structuring processes. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a similar role. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
