As a Merchant Product Growth Analyst at GoKwik, you will play a crucial role in bridging the value communication gap between our product and merchants. Your primary focus will be on driving product love, enhancing feature adoption, and unlocking cross-sell/up-sell opportunities across ENT & SMB accounts. By collaborating closely with Sales, Merchant Success (MS), and Product teams, you will ensure that merchants fully realize the value of our offerings, leading to increased engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing frameworks and tools to effectively communicate product value propositions to merchants - Working with Sales and Merchant Success teams to enhance messaging and storytelling for different Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) - Conducting workshops, webinars, and training sessions for internal teams and merchants to enhance product understanding - Identifying adoption bottlenecks for new/existing features and designing interventions to drive adoption - Collaborating with the Product team to prioritize features based on merchant feedback and ROI impact - Developing merchant-focused onboarding and feature launch programs to maximize uptake - Partnering with Sales and MS teams to identify opportunities for ARR expansion - Designing campaigns and account growth strategies to promote complementary products and features - Defining and monitoring success metrics such as upsell conversion rate and account growth rate - Building a feedback loop to gather and analyze merchant pain points, product gaps, and opportunities - Converting insights into actionable strategies for Sales, Product, and Merchant Success teams - Creating merchant success stories and case studies to showcase product impact Join us at GoKwik, a rapidly growing e-commerce enablement company with a unique approach and zero immediate competition in India. We are seeking a E-Commerce Executive (Seller Onboarding) to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that sellers meet our platform standards and have a smooth onboarding experience.
