Merchant Banker

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  due diligence

  for capital market transactions.
• Handle

  drafting, compliance, disclosure, and reporting

  requirements.
• Ensure proper

  record keeping

  in line with SEBI and regulatory norms.
• Interact and coordinate with clients for smooth project execution.
• Perform

  quality checks

  and ensure accuracy of all client deliverables.
• Prepare

  pitch books, company profiles, and investment memorandums

  .
• Stay updated with guidelines/regulations under

  SEBI, Companies Act, FEMA, Income Tax Act

  , etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams for execution of

  Capital Markets transactions

  (IPOs, FPOs, Rights Issues, etc.).

Requirements

• Minimum 8

  + years experience

  in Merchant Banking or Investment Banking.
• Strong knowledge of

  SEBI guidelines, Companies Act, FEMA, Income Tax regulations

  .
• Experience in

  capital markets transactions

  and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication skills

  in English.
• Strong

  analytical, problem-solving, and client-handling

  skills.
• Self-driven, dynamic, and result-oriented professional with ability to think

  out-of-the-box

  .
