Nap Chief is one of India’s fastest-growing kidswear brands — known for bold, fun designs and top-notch quality. We’re a young and passionate team redefining kids’ fashion, and we’re looking for a Junior Merchandiser to join our Tiruppur operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production, printing, and sampling teams to ensure timely order execution
• Follow up with vendors and suppliers for fabric, trims, and accessories
• Prepare and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines
• Ensure bulk production matches approved samples
• Work closely with the design team for product development and approvals
• Handle quality checks, measurements, and packing details
• Maintain order sheets, updates, and reports in Excel or ERP systems

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in merchandising (preferably in garments/apparel industry)
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Strong coordination and time management abilities
• Basic knowledge of fabric, printing, and garment production
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
