Role Overview: As a dynamic merchandiser passionate about lab-grown diamond jewellery, your main responsibility will be to plan and develop jewellery collections aligned with market trends, consumer preferences, and brand positioning. Qualifications & Skills: - Experience in jewellery merchandising, preferably in lab-grown diamonds or fine jewellery for a minimum of 2+ years. - Proven leadership skills in managing and guiding a team towards achieving business goals. - Strong understanding of jewellery design, materials, and consumer preferences in the lab-grown diamond sector. - Proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis, and inventory planning. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners. - Familiarity with ERP systems, merchandising software, and MS Excel for data-driven decision-making.
