Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage
inventory levels across categories
and stores
Work on
seasonal and regional assortment planning
based on past trends and sales forecasts
Monitor
stock movement
, identify slow- and fast-moving products, and adjust stock allocations accordingly
Create and update
category performance reports
, recommending actionable insights
Collaborate with retail operations and warehouse teams for
stock transfers and replenishments
Assist in planning
promotions and markdowns
to optimize sell-through

Ideal Candidate

Hands on experience in
merchandising, inventory planning, or category management
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in
Excel and inventory tools
Detail-oriented with a structured approach to planning
Experience in fashion or ethnic wear retail is a
