Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Merchandiser who can manage our Shopify backend operations, product listings, and inventory updates. The ideal candidate should have good product presentation skills, strong attention to detail, and fluency in English for communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Shopify backend including product uploads, edits, pricing, tags, categories, and collections.
Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and attributes for better customer experience.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team for restocking and updates.
Maintain product catalog quality and ensure listings follow brand guidelines.
Track product performance, identify issues, and suggest improvements for visibility and conversions.
Coordinate with the design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely product launches.
Assist in planning and executing merchandising strategies for online sales.
Communicate clearly with internal teams and vendors, demonstrating fluency in English.
Monitor competitor listings and market trends to keep product catalog updated.
Generate basic reports for product performance, inventory status, and merchandising activities.

Requirements:

Experience with Shopify backend/product management.
Strong understanding of e-commerce merchandising.
Good communication skills with fluency in English.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Basic understanding of product performance metrics and catalog structure.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.
