Job Role: Merchandiser – Fashion (Apparel) 📍Key Responsibilities: Execute site merchandising calendars across FirstCry platforms Manage new product and seasonal launches, homepage & category placements, search results Partner with buying and marketing teams to plan and schedule promotions Analyse product performance: sell-through, stock gaps, discounts, margins, sales trends Develop merchandising strategies to increase conversions and engagement Coordinate with the Design team for digital banners, campaign creatives, and product setup Align with Marketing & Social Media teams for integrated campaign execution Monitor and report KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis 📍Preferred Candidate Profile: Graduate or MBA from a fashion or retail management institute Strong analytical mindset with a flair for visual merchandising Experience in e-commerce merchandising or online retail preferred Ability to collaborate across teams and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously Show more Show less
