Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiting lead Experience: 4 to 9 Years Job Location: AmeerpetTimezone / Shift: Full Time Night Shift (EST Working Hours) Job Duties: Manage end-to-end Bench Sales Recruiting activities for the company Manage Bench sales team From hire to fire. Setup bench sales best practices, processes, standards and targets Setup self-goals and constantly strive to exceed the expectations Develop and execute comprehensive plans to place the bench candidates. Willing to do hands-on Bench sales activities as and when needed. Evaluate candidates and come up with a marketing readiness plan Prepare the consultants for the end client interviews. Work of full cycle of Sales - submitting the consultants, negotiating the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals. Posting the resume on all job portals like Dice, Monster, and social networking portals etc. Broadcasting the Profile of the consultant and the Hotlist of the company on a periodical basis. Reaching out for the maximum number of open requirements in the market. Inform the consultant regarding the vendor calls and end client interview schedules. Manage relationship with existing vendors/clients and obtain performance feedback on placed candidates Provide periodic management updates, submit new ideas and work towards improvements Required experience and skills: Ability to work independently and show results. Can-Do and Will-Do attitude. Should have 4-9 years of Experience as Sr. US IT Bench Sales Lead / Manager Proven experience in setting up and managing teams. Possessing pre-existing large vendor contact lists Having experience in working with and relationship with Tier 1 Vendors Highly flexible and available to make fast sales. Ability to continuously work with local manager and on-shore leaders Should have expertise in Transferring H1B profiles. Expert in Bench Sales including of OPT, CPT, H1B s, TN s, GC s, USC s & EAD s Maintaining Good interpersonal Relation with the Client and the Vendors. Identifying potential Vendors and maintaining a healthy relation with them.
