This is going to be a Hybrid Model and the work location is at ionidea, ITPL road, Whitefield, Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain VMware virtual environments Configure and support Meraki Firewalls and Meraki Switches Handle VLAN setup and troubleshooting across Meraki and VMware environments Provide system-level support for SQL Server (no DB management) Manage Windows Server environments including RDS support Implement and support RADIUS servers and manage digital certificates Troubleshoot and maintain Cisco VPN configurations Administer Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD Connect Provide support for Office 365 security and administration Perform backup and recovery using Veeam Collaborate with teams for managing and supporting Azure site connectivity Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or system support roles Proficiency with VMware ESXi/ vCenter , Meraki dashboard , and Windows OS Solid understanding of networking concepts , VLANs , and firewall rules Hands-on experience with AD, Office 365, and Azure environments Good communication skills and ability to work independently during night shifts Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Nice to Have (Optional): Experience with Zerto replication Basic understanding of Dell VxRail infrastructure Perks and benefits Free Pick and Drop available (while working from Office) Free dinner and snacks (while working from Office) Medical Insurance
