Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site roles for a MEP Project Manager, Supervisor and Procurement position located in Mumbai. The role involves tasks such as managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects, overseeing budgets, project management, and handling submittals. Ensure on-time delivery of interior projects with strict adherence to quality standards. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients from design finalization through execution to handover.Coordinate and interpret 2D/3D drawings across all disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc.).Identify design/site discrepancies, manage risks, and ensure execution feasibility.Review and validate BOQs, Work Orders, Drawings, and vendor scopes.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, mapping interdependencies.Conduct regular site audits (physical and remote) for quality and timeline compliance.Supervise on-site teams including Project Executives and Supervisors; provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to execution protocols.Oversee material procurement in coordination with the procurement team; ensure timely availability of approved materials as per project timelines.Track vendor deliveries, manage material reconciliation, and prevent wastage.Evaluate and onboard new vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.Share regular project updates with clients and internal stakeholders.Ensure seamless coordination between Design, Execution, Procurement, and Client teams.Maintain quality checklists and oversee site work methods and vendor deliverables. Requirements MEP Project Manager Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Project Management, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.3+ years of experience in interior fit-out or civil/MEP execution projects.Solid understanding of multi-disciplinary interior works, especially MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).Experience managing execution workflows and coordinating with subcontractors across MEP trades.Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and modern site monitoring tools.Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.Ability to identify design/site discrepancies and ensure execution feasibility.Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about high-quality project execution.Strong alignment with Exemplar’s values: Quality, Responsibility, Innovation, Transparency. Site Supervisor Requirements: Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering or related technical field.3+ years of experience supervising interior or MEP fit-out sites.Solid understanding of site-level execution and subcontractor coordination.Ability to interpret and execute 2D/3D drawings across Civil, Electrical, and Plumbing works.Experience conducting physical site audits and enforcing quality/safety standards.Ability to manage teams of workers, ensure adherence to execution protocols, and report project updates.Hands-on knowledge of work methods and ability to resolve on-site issues.Familiarity with MS Excel and site documentation practices.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Procurement Executive Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Procurement, Civil Engineering, or related field.3+ years of experience managing procurement in interior or construction projects.Strong knowledge of BOQs, Work Orders, and vendor scopes.Experience in material procurement planning and coordination with project teams.Ability to evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors based on quality, pricing, and delivery.Proficiency in Excel and ERP/project tracking tools.Experience in tracking material deliveries, reconciliation, and preventing wastage.Good communication and coordination skills to align with project timelines.Understanding of pricing models and vendor negotiations.
