Job Description

Job description Estimate, manage, plan, and monitor the MEP aspects of construction project. Supervise and control of all MEP maintainance operations on daily basis for smooth functioning and reporting to all stakeholders. Prepare bar charts for all building services like Electrical HVAC, Fire fighting and PHE. Schedules of the project services, Access control and security systems, PNG/ LPG systems etc. Preparing building wise schedules for quantities and materials. Necessary co ordination with all relevant departments in the Head office. Provide estimate of cabling work / layout and give requirement of cables. Checking material specification. Ensuring smooth project closure activities like surplus material, resources reconciliation, commissioning certificate contractor retention money etc.
