Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Technical Head. The Technical Head will oversee technical support, manage and train the technical team, and analyze technical issues to provide reliable solutions. Daily tasks include offering technical guidance, planning and implementing technical strategies, and ensuring the technical team meets performance goals. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Technical Support experience Excellent Communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders Team Management experience and ability to train team members effectively Relevant technical certifications or education is a plus Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure B.Tech or BE. preferred.
