MEP Manager

We are looking for a skilled MEP Manager with 4 to 11 years of experience to lead our team in handling and executing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing networks in construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and MIS reporting. This position is based in Faridabad.

• Lead the MEP team in designing, planning, and installing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing networks.
• Manage electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other related materials and stores.
• Coordinate with the management team for finalizing electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other drawings.
• Handle costing and tendering for MEP projects.
• Execute and bill CPWD/Government building projects.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, and firefighting assets of existing logistics parks.
• Develop logistic hubs at regional levels, institutional buildings, infrastructure projects, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire fighting, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, drainage, sewage, HVAC, fire, LV, BMS, etc.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in MEP management or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and MIS reporting.
• Experience in executing and billing CPWD/Government building projects.
• Ability to manage manpower labor daily.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Must be male.
