MEP Manager

We are looking for a skilled MEP Manager with 4 to 11 years of experience to lead our team in handling and executing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing networks in construction projects. The position is based in Faridabad.

• Lead the MEP team in designing, planning, and installing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing networks.
• Manage electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and HVAC systems, including material and store management with MIS reports.
• Oversee manpower labor management daily and maintain electrical, plumbing, and firefighting assets.
• Coordinate with the facility manager to ensure smooth operations and develop logistic hubs at regional institutions.
• Ensure timely project completion by managing multiple MEP projects simultaneously.
• Handle costing and tendering processes for MEP services.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in MEP management or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Experience in executing and billing CPWD/Government building projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
