Roles and Responsibilities Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) maintenance activities on site. Ensure timely completion of electrical installations and plumbing system works. Oversee MEP design projects from conceptualization to execution. Coordinate with contractors for smooth project progress and quality control. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. As a certified AUTOCAD member ,knowledge to make changes in design drawings as per site condition. Expertise to execute both Commercial and Residential buildings. Expertise in manpower management and scheduling the works on the priority basis. Expertise in managing the clients with their requirements. Knowledge in maintaining Documentation and checklists. Knowledge in maintaining the specialized services and third party inspection certificates for a building as per the government regulations. Bill certification and quantity surveying
