Inspira Realty is a growing real estate developer based in Mumbai, focused on creating high-quality residential and mixed-use developments. With multiple projects under execution and a strong pipeline ahead, we are looking for a senior professional to lead and oversee all construction activities across our portfolio.
1. Coordination: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultant and other disciplines to integrate MEP systems seamlessly.
2. System Calculations & Compliance: Perform system sizing and ensure designs comply with local regulations and client specifications.
3. Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for MEP design projects.
4. Technical Support: Resolve design-related issues during construction and assist in the implementation of MEP systems.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
7. Oversee MEP and design across all project stages, ensuring compliance with the National Building Code and relevant standards.
8. Provide guidance and resolve execution issues for smooth project delivery.
9. Ensure the incorporation of BIM and other design technologies for optimal project outcomes.
10. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Design, MEP, Site, and Operations, to meet project goals.
11. Coordinate with external consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.
