MEP Engineer (FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM INSTALLATION)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement fire protection systems including:
• Wet riser, sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel, and fire pump systems
• FM200, NOVEC, and other clean agent suppression systems (as applicable)
• Fire extinguishers, fire-rated enclosures, and passive protection elements
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, hydraulic calculations, and BOQs
• Ensure compliance with NBC, NFPA, IS codes, and hospital-specific fire safety norms
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, HVAC, and architectural teams for seamless integration
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of fire fighting systems
• Liaise with third-party inspectors, consultants, and fire safety authorities for approvals
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and handover packages
• Support client walkthroughs, mock drills, and fire safety audits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
